So with the over moderation that is going about, some of the clearly wrongful bans being dished out, who do you guys actually think is doing this?
Who is to blame for all of our truth speakers in the Shroud of the Avatar forum being mercilessly banhammered!

I'm not able to narrow it down that much, especially to one person, this is a good mystery since quite a few people show signs that they could be involved. This may be shocking to some when coming from me but I'm going to say that my current thinking is that RG is most likely the least responsible, as he seems to not really give a fuck, he doesn't seem to be taking a huge leadership role either, letting the office, or other people call a lot of shots. So maybe he is at fault for not managing people properly? Who knows, my best guess is that it's a joint effort.

Haha, that is pretty funny. I had typed basically what you two did in my first post but didn't post as I didn't want to skew the poll. I think we've all got the guys pegged pretty well.
LB, there for his Charisma and not the day to day micromanagement which is fine by me.
Dallas besides his excel charts and figuring out how to money us with Shroud of the Ultimate Collector meh.
I don't know much about Rick at all.
Starr is the exec right, I see no reason why he shouldn't have a major part, if not solely, in the matter.

I think the SotA "special snowflakes" are partially responsible for it. There are a few people on those forums who use the report feature as a weapon and that daffy you-know-what Fire Lotus is more than happy to oblige.

Starr also seems like more of a vindictive shit than the rest of them, too. I forgot to add that. I don't believe so. Starr has always been responsive to any messages i've sent him. I see him as the glue keeping the whole project together. He was a brilliant ADD IMO.

Or would that be lowering ourselves into their level of puss.

I would guess Rick is behind a lot of this stuff, FL too, but I think they probably run a lot of this stuff by each other and form a group consensus about things. They have some kind of internal chat client where they probably share links and look things over, then somebody like Rick or FL handles the dirty work.
The reason I point to Rick is that I remember him doing a lot of stuff with the forums when there was a slew of complaints about moderation several months back. His tasks on the stand-ups around that time were moderation and forum related, and that was around the time when they changed how we can see what devs are looking at (and I think change came about because Rick was checking into things and people could see what profiles he was viewing in real time as he was snooping into PMs or something like that)...
These are just theories, unsubstantiated by any facts. I just remember what looked to be like him stepping up his activity with the forums, and it would make sense he would do stuff like that (instead of RG, Dallas, or Starr) because Rick is an Associate Producer (i.e., support for Starr). Starr probably has more important things to do than "juggling monkeys," so I would guess that Rick normally handles a lot of this stuff and that the buck frequently stops with him. With that said, I think he has the implicit go-ahead from the higher ups, so ultimately, they all are responsible.

I might even pay money for a screen shot of that taking place

Like I said, all just a guess, but there were some bans around that time period that were very strange (and it never quite made sense why they broke the "dev tracker" feature). I do recall talk of needing to mask activity when there was a need for "moderation duties" or something like that, but I can't track that whole thread down. I think it was when Joviex brought up the changes to the forums, but my memory is pretty bad about all of these things. There's too much junk to keep track of... Edit to add: it was THIS“It was removed because it showed WAY too much, such as when a forum admin was researching a specific user’s account info. We’ll try to restore the thread-tracking while still preserving a modicum of privacy.”
