Here is queen berek continuing the long standing tradition of heavy handed moderation built on hypocrisy and general faggotry. Also, continuing the tradition of being a dirty flower, just like cat piss lady firelotus. www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/acceptable-names.62026/btw, does that mean Nob the stableboy needs removed? A NPC that references cocksucking lol

ahhaahaha
so funny, love it
I particularly enjoyed the posts with long strings of synonyms/antonyms/definitions, and Envy's choice to include the alternative meaning of nob.
It's striking how universal the condemnation is of Port's moderation in this case, and hilarious how some of their staunchest supporters are conspicuously absent from supporting port in that thread.
Finally found an example or poor moderation that the whole community seems to agree stinks to high heaven.
All because "britches" could be mistaken for "bitches" = MUST MODERATE! MUST NEVER OFFEND! MUST CONFORM! MUST CONFORM!
What planet is Berek and Port living on?
...
I have another period-appropriate word for Port and all who still take them seriously to consider:

It appears that Berek's intention was to explain why the moderation was made. It's the combination of words that could be misconstrued, if you change the second word by one letter. That the "combination of words could be misconstrued [as offensive]" is irrelevant, because that misconstruction relies on the reader changing "the second word by one letter," thus misinterpreting the words. Such is why words like "witch, shot," and "luck," are unoffensive, despite their closeness in spelling to more offensive words. I can find no better words than the ones Envy chose: a low in moderation has now been discovered.

Here's the thing; even the trolling name of Digger Nick is itself a spectacular case of cultural blindness; Yes, I know what Jammaplaya really means, and he's just troll fishing as usual. But even so, he's incredibly right in a way the ignorant old Portalarium poker doesn't understand, and Portalarium dumbly wander right past. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digger_slangen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digger_(soldier)What makes it especially galling is that it's literally the 100th Anniversary of the Battle Of The Somme right now, and one source of justifiable Aussie pride, and something we still remember and appreciate in the remains of the former Empire, is that the Diggers gave us what was the only bit of good news of the first day. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mines_on_the_first_day_of_the_SommeBy the end of the first DAY there were 57,470 Allied casualties, of whom 19,240 men were killed. By the end of the battle, all sides had lost millions. But the Diggers did their bit; and the holes from the mines they dug and successfully exploded are still there today. So go ahead and purloin our British shared heritage, hijack it and then run it through the bias of US Renaissance inbreeding, and ban someone called "Digger Nick" today, in September 2016. Go on. And then wonder why we all shake our heads in despair at you.
