I deal with large levels of logistics and I cant see how they believe they are going to be able to deliver worldwide. I imagine they will be saying you will be paying for shipping at some point.

I deal with large levels of logistics and I cant see how they believe they are going to be able to deliver worldwide. I imagine they will be saying you will be paying for shipping at some point. If you purchased a pledge with physical rewards, and aren't in the US, you had to pay $15 international shipping on top right from the start; there was a problem with account upgrades however that it didn't apply this or include this in your total spent, so when I first tried to upgrade, it kept thinking I was $15 short of the actual Ancestor pledge, and I had to add that in store credit and they manually changed it behind the scenes. I don't think that postage is an issue then, unless they've miscalculated the weight of the physical rewards; they might have done, but they haven't yet announced what the "mysterious physical artefact" is yet, have they? So they can still change it to make it into something very small and light... No, what offended me, and one reason leading to my leaving, was I asked in my last Hangout whether they'd made a start on signing all the copies of physical rewards they'd promised; I meant it as a way for them to talk about how much they were giving back to the community, how much thought they'd put into everyone else at lower pledge levels, but they gave me sale-speak instead which hinted they'd not done any of them at all. And then the physical goods were the main target of the removed rewards from pledge upgrades. It made me feel sick that I'd perhaps encouraged them to realise how behind on their promises they'd become, and how they used that to target everyone not already a whale for deliberately inferior support.

I can tell you at $15 even on a weightless item is still probably to low for international shipping.

USPS far far far cheaper than those prices. I ship gifts yearly to our exchange student in Belgium. The packages take a while for delivery (3 to 6 weeks) but they get there. $15 is on the low side yes, but I assume that $15 is meant to reduce the cost of shipping not eliminate it.
