Allow me to speculate; Once they received my legal notification of intent to take them to Arbitration, I suspected that their own Legal team would take a more serious look at how strong my actual case was. So far, they've not even attempted to defend their actions, and seem to be waiting out the notification timer. Fine by me, I have no doubt about how easily I'm going to win this case, and the decision to start it is mine alone. However I've long suspected these ruthless, immoral arseholes would take the opportunity of downsizing to purge who ever it was who leaked KezAzzamean, my own, and another's email details and passwords to people that were trying to harm and silence us. And I personally believe that person was likely Berek, because he could access all the forum log ins, and perhaps could abuse them without tipping his hand to the rest of the team. And it would explain why he was so willing to run interference for "jammaplaya" and his quite blatant abuse and harassment of other users, even massive Whales like Fonderlatos.
However they can't burn "jammaplaya", because he's likely sitting on proof of that support. But they can sack staff and hold the usually intense NDA of the software industry over him. My own for Broadsword wouldn't even let me admit I'd worked for them until 3 years after I left. Where as "jammaplaya" is genuinely insane, and violent, and nasty; he'd hurt Portalarium back. He's already wrecked their reputation thoroughly as it is. But they can let go staff, and unless I can force disclosure they knew about who ever was protecting him at Portalarium, that can't be used against them in any court, because I won't have the evidence of who did it. But they can drop staff now and if I ever get that far, claim behind the scenes, they did try and address the harassment.
A lot to process, huh? Maybe they shouldn't have openly abused decent people who just wanted what they supported at Kickstarter, and this wouldn't be their own historical legacy.
