It does, but not what you think it should mean. Hillary also lost 7% of minority votes compared to President Obama in 2012, and 11% to him in 2008. She also lost 5% of the democratic base of 18 - 29 year olds compared to Obama.

Germany is still relatively political sane, and anyone here who was educated knew we were irrational trouble makers on the EU stage; We've been fighting against that Little Englandism for years.
