Not so good, but it gives a good idea "The Esslingen Medieval Market and Christmas Market is unique and according to a study by the University of Applied Sciences Hagen "experience richest market in Germany". This is ensured not only attractions like the torchlight procession to the castle, which Seilertag, the concert of medieval music in the Cathedral of St. Paul or the varied cultural program, but also the magnificent half-timbered houses and romantic alleyways that provide an atmospheric backdrop bieten.Auf the Renaissance Faire almost four weeks dealer in historical costumes like hundreds of years ago their wares. And every day coming fascinate artists their audience on stage and in the Gassen.Mit over 180 stalls is the Esslinger market also one of the largest in the region. Bro just been to the one in Bratislava Pigged out on sour carebear and pork and duck and beer and glue wine (dunno how to spell this stuff ) Spent the day at Devin castle, stood at the northern most point of the Roman Empire. Very cool. Could almost imagine all the goths and visigoths coming out of those woods. The Danube is pretty amazing. Off to high tetra mountain today. Going to the dukka valley or valley of death after that.

Awesome! It's so awesome standing at one of the castles and imagining what it was really like back then. Almost as if you can see it. Sounds like it's been a lot of fun. The list of food you can always find at Christmas markets: potatoes of some sort, meat (usually pork, sometimes beef, very rarely is there fish and no chicken - I haven't seen duck but apparently you have), crepes (sweet or savory), pfannkuchen or dinnerle (both are almost like pizza), occasionally cooked kale or mushrooms (both pretty rarely found), and of course, beer and glühwein (you spelled it pretty much like it sounds - glue wine (or should I say vine lol), which sounds totally disgusting but it's pretty darn good hot, spiced wine). You going to post pictures? We're also going to Dublin, gonna have us some Guinness.

Oh, I forgot about churros. Multiple stands had them - and I have no clue why, as I thought they were Mexican. heh
