One can only hope for many games to appear here, but after a year there isn't much! But a look at a new Kings Quest: www.sierra.com/kingsquest

"Did you get the custard pie back in the village at the beginning of the game?"
"Yep!"
"Do you still have it?"
"Uh.. no, I ate it.."
"THEN GET SODOMIZED BY THIS YETI AT THE END OF THE GAME LOL RESTART MOTHERFUCKER"

One can only hope for many games to appear here, but after a year there isn't much! But a look at a new Kings Quest: www.sierra.com/kingsquestermergerd! King's Quest was one of the first PC games I ever played and I loved it and followed several other games after that. If I saw it today, I'd probably think, wtf? lol It's fantastic they're resurrecting it but why the hell did they choose cartoon characters? That's a huge letdown. Still, I'll check it out.

And actually, I remember following the series purely because of Roberta Williams, the designer. She was pretty cool to me.
"Roberta Williams (born February 16, 1953) is an American video game designer, writer and a co-founder of Sierra On-Line (later known as Sierra Entertainment), who developed her first game while living in Simi Valley, California. She is most famous for her pioneering work in the field of graphic adventure games with titles such as Mystery House, the King's Quest series, and Phantasmagoria. She is married to Ken Williams and retired from her career in 1999. Roberta Williams is one of the most influential PC game designers of the eighties and nineties, and has been credited with creating the graphic adventure genre."

I'm a huge old school Sierra fan, so I wanted to mention this. If anyone was a Quest for Glory fan, the two original creators, Corey and Lori Cole, are making a new game called Hero-U. It's been in the works for a while. hero-u.com/

Np... it was nice to see someone remembering Sierra. Although I didn't back it yet, the Space Quest guys got back together and are producing this.
